It's time for the Three Rivers Festival at Palatine Park in Fairmont. The festival will kick off on Thursday with the parade! WVAQ will be live from the parade route from 5p-7p! Then on Friday Jason will be live from 7p-10p! And on Saturday Lacy Neff will be live from 5:30p-7:30p!
