*More than 29,000 students are making their way back into Morgantown today. WVU begins the fall semester Monday. About 5,400 of those students are freshmen who will be moving into the dorms today. Students were given a specific time to arrive at their dorms. Police will also be on hand helping with traffic. On Monday, Maroon 5, Ludacris, and Kris Allen will perform at the MountainLair as part of FallFest.
*A Harrison County woman will spend five years in prison for helping with a murder. Jennie Bosley pleaded guilty to being an accessory after the fact in the murder of Terry Lewis. She apparently washed blood off of two of the suspects, including her husband, Alexander Bosley. Bosley will also pay for some of the funeral costs, moving expenses, and counseling for Lewis' family.
*A chase in downtown Clarksburg leads to an arrest. Police tried to pull over Andrew Bailey early yesterday morning. He fled toward Shinnston, before dropping off a passenger along the way. Bailey's charged with fleeing while driving under the influence.
*Early voting begins today across the state. Residents can head to the polls to choose their candidate of choice to replace the late Robert Byrd. The special primary is set for next Saturday.
*An interstate accident is under investigation in Lewis County. Two men were hurt when their car went through a guardrail and off I-79 near South Weston. One of the men had to be flown to Ruby Hospital. The other was taken to Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital.
*American Airlines is facing a potential $25 million fine from the FAA. The penalty would be the largest in history if it goes through. It would be for maintenance problems in 2008 that led to mass cancellations by the airline.
*Meanwhile, the FAA and NTSB is investigating a plane crash in Garrett County, Maryland. Nathan Wasser, 70, walked away from the crash at the airport. He apparently lost control of his single-engine Piper and went over a hill. No one else was on board.
*It's all over for an escaped Arizona prisoner and his accomplice, who've been on the run for three weeks. John McCluskey and Casslyn Welch were arrested in the state's Apache National Forest last night. U-S Marshal David Gonzales says the multi-state manhunt came to end with the help of an alert park ranger.
Welch is accused of tossing a wire cutter over the fence at a medium-security prison where McCluskey was serving time for attempted murder. They're now accused of murdering an Arizona couple.
